Usurping titles from infidels?

Hi,

I'm still playing my Kingdom of Sicily game, have become King of Africa, and am now looking to become King of Mauretania. Fighting the Al-Murabitids who own most of that area, I notice that even though I have more than 2/3s of the provinces of the Duchy of Fes, there's no way I can get it, because you can't usurp ducal titles from non-Christians, and it seems I can't get a claim on it so can't demand in the peace treaty, and nor can I create it from scratch, because the Al-Murabitid king is already Emir of Fes! So what I should do? Is annhilating the entire (very large) kingdom of the Murabitids the only answer?

Hope that at some point the ruler of the Al-Murabitid's grant's the title of Fes to one of his vassals.

I always work towards vassalizing the Infidel Kings heir, and then hope he converts to Christian. One he inherits, then ALL of his titles are now grabable, including those King titles.

Hope for one of those events wher you can ''Demand immediate recompensation'', hope that it will be aimed at the Murabitids and then hope it's the right title.
