Thank you for your report. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get this save? Did something special happen in this game? Since from what I can see this looks like a very old save, like pre release old. Something is very broken in the save you uploaded.

I've been informed that the save game that you uploaded most likely is corrupted, did you perhaps close the game or something while making a save game?
