So I was at war with some empire and while we were at it a construction ship of his constructed a wormhole generator in my controlled system far away from the theater. As it happened I won (he capitulated suddenly) and got my planets as a reward. Unfortunately my enemy kept his wormhole generator and I had no way to destroy it, to remove it or to demand to remove it. I got all the mining and research stations alright, but not this wormhole generator. (I used wormhole technology, too - if that helps)
