When I Alt-Tab back to desktop and then return to the game the mouse pointer is shifted to the right, so if I want to click on something I actually have to hover a centimeter right of where the thing I want to click is actually located on screen. For example on the attached screenshot instead of hovering directly over the Zif system for this popup my mouse pointer is located just above the 'P' of 'Habitable Planets'. It's a minor annoyance as quitting and restarting makes this go away so I can get on with the game.
