Hello. I just bought copies of Eur:R and VV today from from Gamersgate. Eur:R installs and runs without a problem, but with VV I get an error message about "Application Configuration Incorrect" and the game won't load. This is happening immediately; I've not yet got into VV. Has anyone run into something similar before and if so what have they done to correct?

There's a thread about this in the tech support forum, which tells how to solve the problem. However to be able to read the tech support forum you have to register Rome by clicking My Games/Registrations and using CD-key which you got from the Gamersgate.

Let's put this in tech support, but I have a good feeling Olaus's suggestion will resolve your issue.
