I have a technical problem that I need your help with please.

OS: Windows 98 SE with latest SP and patches
CPU: Intel Celeron 1.1 GHz
Chipset: VIA (viaagp4xon, hyperion 4in1 4.49)
RAM: 320 MB
Free HDD space: >5GB
Video: Inno3d GeForce4 MX 440 (43.51)
Sound: Sound Blaster Live! Value (7.11)
DirectX Version: 8.1a czech
Connection: 128kB (cable TV without routers or proxy)
Cable Modem: Motorola SB4200E
Network: Realtek RTL8029(AS) PCI Ethernet NIC
Net protocol: TCP/IP only
TV tunner: Pinnacle PCTV
USB: no USB device
Sorry, I don´t speak english very well. I have problem with multiplayer. I connect to server, but when I click on yelow name of chanel in Valkyrienet window, game frooze and don´t connect. Sometimes I got "You have been disconected" (in czech). I have same problem with EU2 multiplayer. Please help me somebody where I found answer for my trouble.
