various scenario how-to questions

Hello all...

I just got this game, and being the tinkerer that I am, I've spent as much time looking through the scenario and db files as I have playing it. I like! Oh, the possibilities...

I do have a few questions though (I would be just as happy if someone could point me to a scenario faq if one exists).

First, I want to play Romania, cause that's what I am I've been playing Wallachia, but how would I change the name? Second...I want to change the state religion of Wallachia to Orthodox. I went into some file in the configure directory and found a place where the countries and religions are all listed...i changed it there, changed the province religion for Wallacia in the provinces.csv file...the state religion is still catholic

I hear that certain countries get conquistadores and others don't...well, I think Wallachia should get some too How do I make this happen?

I want to change some province names...it's all well and good if I go into provinces.csv and change it...but the name on the map is still the old one. Can I change that?
