Well, we all knows that last launched games includes usually special rule for vassals, because it produces a lot of MP at low centralization.

Well, at russian forum some guys made more researchment, and it was finally understood, that only first vassal gives real advantage.

1st vassal: -2% tech cost (probably stab as well), around +40% MP on Cent=3 (so i think depending on Cent you can receive from 0 to 50%)

2nd vassal: (tested on 1419 countries with less than 50 max MP). NO decreasing of tech cost (probably stab as well), +1 recruit (so +2 max MP).

following vassals: same as 2nd vassal. More than 5 were not tested.

thats intresting so techbonus don't work except for the first vassal if thats correct well then vassal strategy can be trown out of the window
 
Vassals are producing MP only if landconnected or at the same continent. The size of vassal doesn`t matter at all.
