Vassal divorcing wife without divorce being granted by head of faith

Description​

I gave land to a vassal, Ras Ogbae of Showa; and he changed his wife (presumably divorced the older wife, as she is still alive). Only problem is that divorces have to be granted by me as I am head of faith, but no divorce was granted.

Steps to reproduce​

Be head of faith with divorce needing approval. Marry an old men with an old unfertile women, grant land to old man. He changes his wife.

Divorce with permission, does not work with a temporal Head of Faith, in this cases only the House Head has to be asked.

I would recommend to you, to use the no divorce thing, when you want, that characters can not divorce their spouse.
