You really have to tell more first. Does it tell you have it in the budget screen, what are your slider settings there, what do all the tooltips tell you?

In the budget screen Vassal Income text and value not appear
and Duty to Liege is always 0 (I'm Duke and have the liege and 6 vassals)

I think you are right that vassal income is not listed anywhere, but duty to liege is not always 0. Quite to the contrary, the AI will bleed you dry if it needs money and your loyalty allows it.
