Vassalization question.

I was playing Interregnum tonight with my friends. I played as Hungary and having a good time taking down the german countries one by one. Then i fought against an alliance of Saxony, Bohemia, and Brandenburg. I managed to get Brandenburg out of the fight quickly, then i made Saxony my vassal, but i never got the option to make a vassal of Bohemia. It wasn't a vassal of anyone else so is there a reason for why i couldn't?

To make a country your vassal, a) you have to have an alliance warscore of at least 70%, and b) you must be the one controlling their capital. If one of your allies took their capital, then you can't vassalize (or force convert).

Thank you for the reply. However, i fulfilled both of those requirements.
My allies were mostly focused on Brandenburg and Saxony. During the initial phase of the war, i immediately laid siege to all of Bohemia's four provinces without the help of my allies.
So it's puzzling why vassalization would not be an option.
Eh, i guess i'll just have to annex them the hard way. (That's not so bad also )

You have to make a separate peace with Bohemia (click on their shield in the top left corner of the peace window) for vassalization to be available in the menu.

No, that's only for force-conversion. I have no idea what this problem could be.

Thanks for the responses everyone. This is just one strange occurrence, and i'll be sure to pay closer attention next time.
I'll check the history to verify that i controlled all provinces.
