Vassals gift spam

Description​

My vassals spam me with gifts. I even received several notifications that some characters had already sent me a gift and that the next gift would overwrite their bonus. I have now accumulated almost 60k gold before the year 1.000. I am the head of faith, the Emporer of Arabia and essentially Iberia, the dynasty head of the Umayyads and have the second most important court in the world. I have 69 learning, too. Probably I pass a certain threshold so that I receive all these gifts. But it makes the game unplayable.

Steps to reproduce​

The Bug started as the struggle phase changed in Iberia.

Hello there! Thank you for the report. It unfortunately wasn't clear what the issue was. Could you provide more information and if possible a way to reproduce the issue? Does the issue occur on the other playthroughs? Is it reproducible on the 1.11.1 version of the game?
