Do my feudal vassals upgrade their nomadic holdings to castles on their own? (It seems they do not.)
Also is there a way to force nomadic vassals to become feudal?

So far when I was conquering nomadic lands before giving it away I was converting them to feudal holdings but then of course you need a lot of gold. From my point of view (I didnt play as a nomadic vassal to a feudal lord so correct me if I am wrong please), the nomadic vassal should be able to convert to feudalism via a decision, just like when we are playing as non-feudal.

To answer my own question:
Eventually the feudal vassals do upgrade their tribal holdings. But this does not seem to be a priority.

Another takeaway: Nomadic Vassals are pretty much worthless for a feudal ruler as far as I can tell. And they rarely convert to feudalism if at all. I assume this is by design.

Just let me upgrade my vassals nomadic holdings, since they regularly spawn mini nomadic uprisings, which gets annoying fast.
