Hi

We just recently installed EU2 and are having problems with the app terminating suddenly (no error messages). Could you please tell us if we need to download any patches etc ? Only the generic CD installed so far

Read the selfhelp thread. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Install the latest patch see the sticky threads above this one.
Also try renaming the AVI folder to AVI_back. and set your color depth to 16BIT.
Also make sure you shut down any other program running in the back ground such as ICQ/Messanger, E-mail or virus protection ...
