you need to install "enhancement" 1.2 (or 1.02? whatever it is) then fix manpower bug
look on hard drive for program files-> paradox interactive folder ->hoi2 folder -> db folder ->misc document
then scroll down for

change .8 to .4

making this change will give you UPHQ version which is the standard multiplayer version, which is essential for joining almost all games.

YQHQ is the standard 1.2 version and I have played and am playing many multiplayer games with it. The Monday game is intersting now that we have nearly reached 1945. Everyone except China is tight on manpower and that feels right. It's nice as the UK to be scraping the barrel for every point of manpower and being restrained in combat operations because of this. That's exactly the way it was in history.tovolana said:

yes it does. but it is not a big deal. it only means that reinforcing your units costs less manpower.
