(Initially I thought this was just a Vicky3 problem but I've realised none of my DLCs since about late 2020 are showing up)
I wanted to change my Avatar after a long absence from the forums to something from Vicky3, but didn't see any option. So I checked owned items, didn't find V3, tried syncing, and still nothing. I've also tried to unlink, relink Steam and sync again, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.
It almost kind of looks like it's stuck on back in early 2021 (which was the date shown as the last sync previously) because I see IR Magna Graecia, but not any other DLCs I've bought since then including Stellaris Overlord/Nemesis/Aquatics/Toxoids, EU4: Dharma/Emperor/Golden Century/Leviathan/Britannia, or any of the CK3 DLCs (though the base game shows up).
Is there a way to fix this? I was going to try redeeming codes but Steam doesn't seem to show codes for games anymore.
(also off topic but I just noticed my forum user name changed!?!? been asking for a decade and i thought that was impossible lol how did that happen)
