I just downloaded (on an external hard drive) the game Victoria 3 from the Steam app, as it said it was compatible with macOS (I have a MacBook Air M1 with Sequoia 15.3.1). It turns out that when I try to run the game, I get the following error message:

Failed to install Paradox Launcher:


~/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Victoria 3/launcher/._launcher-installer-macos_2024.15: exec format error

Could someone help me solve this problem (if there is a solution)?
 
I'll guess you are a Mac developer and have SIP disabled, is that right? If so just enable it.
