Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I'm logged into my Paradox Plaza account via the launcher, but when I launch the game it won't let me play multiplayer because it says I have to be logged in. The login screen via the game is not letting me log in because the cogwheel is stuck moving as if it's trying to log me in. This happened in CK3 and was never fixed, and now it's happening in Vicky 3. When the game first launched multiplayer worked a few times, but now it won't work at all. I have changed nothing in my computer settings, so it seems to have a mind of its own.

Start the game and look at the host/join game buttons.
