I'll just add to the above post by AndrewT that while capping your refresh rate to 60 might help with your issue in the short term, I strongly suggest to contact some IT service to help identify your troubles with PC shutdowns since you mentioned that it also occurs when running other games.
PC should be able to run without shutdowns even at 90% CPU or GPU usage. If it doesn't, then there is likely some problem with cooling or power supply.
