Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Game won't load at all - from Steam, by directly running game file in binaries directory, and doesn't show up in Paradox Launcher v2. Have re-installed 3 times.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
System specs:
Windows 10 Home
AMD Ryzen 7 5800 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX5600
The computer is about 2 years old and had Windows re-installed about a month ago.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Just doesn't load from Steam - when I press "Plat" the button goes to "Cancel" for a second and then back to "Play".
When trying to run the game directly from binaries directory it says that "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found".
Game doesn't appear in Launcher v2 but Imperator does.
