Victory "CONFIRM" button sometimes does nothing

I posted this info on the thread about the latest patch notes on Steam. Before and after this patch sometimes when I win a victory in a battle, clicking the "CONFIRM" check button does nothing. The only way I've been able to get out of it is to end the program and reload from an autosave. I've tried leaving the game running for hours with the victory dialogue up but it didn't make a difference. It doesn't happen often. To be clear, it's happened on my latest game before and after the latest patch. I haven't tried a new game yet so I can't say if that would make a difference.

IIRC the victory dialogue on the World Map was the only place I remember this occurring.

I'm attaching a couple saves from around the time the issue occurred and a couple requested log files.

It just happened again. I'm including a screenshot, the latest logs and my latest autosave. The fight was with all four specialists I currently have on the overworld map.
