trying to install Victoris Revolutions I keep getting the error message -

Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet2_x64, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=eb5fc1fc52ef09bd' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

I tried looking at the details of the error and figuring out what to do but have no clue where to begin. Please explain step by step.

Do you have a 32 bit or 64 bit windows?

There a two versions of the downloader, one for 32 bit and one for 64 bit. My guess is that you have a 32 bit OS and are using the 64 bit version.
