View decisions in 1914, change date

I am currently changing some things in the 1914 scenario and adjusted the tech, added some new, but I can't find how to change the date of the decisions (infrastructure, research, things like the Baghdad railway, public works and such, I'm starting at 1-1-1910, but I can't find these decisions anywhere, none of them start until June, 1914, any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you using the tool to make changes to the scenario?

The tool cannot be used to modify events. For that you need to go to mod's folder events subfolder and look for the events that you want to change in their respective txt documents. Just make sure you make some backups, otherwise if you do something wrong it might be impossible to play the game anymore.

No, I'm trying to find the events in their respective folders. Unless they're tucked away in a file I can't seem to find, I don't know what to do. I'm not trying to change the event, just the date from 1914 to 1910.

For those of you interested, I found the folder, it's under generic_decisions.txt, under events
