Vinland Alterations

I'll be running a Vinland AAR soon, if not for my next AAR, and before i do this i am going to be making some slight changes to the Vinland DB files. It will be brought into line ever so slightly with the concept of the EU2 scenario i was a part of... but there will be changes.

Anyway... there will be some changes in the next few posts detailing monarch, leader, colonyname, and other file alterations.

Anyway... on with the work...

i wouldve liked the USA 1492 as an option that could be with Vinland. You could only pick one a game, but i think people would like it rather than trying the very hard revolt technique just to see the US.
