The dukedoms of Vitebsk and Polotsk have the same coat of arms, which can be a bit confusing.

For the Improvement Pack I posted the coat of arms (here) for the new duchies and I gave Vitebsk the coat of arms that it currently has in DV
Do you mean you have a modded game and the problem appears only then or is it a problem in the vanilla Deus Vult also?

Byakhiam in the Improvement Pack made the new duchy set-up, but he didn't adjust the new coat of arms for the new/switched around duchies. I made a pack for those and part of that pack has made it into the official DV. But now it turns out that I had given the duchy of Vitebsk the coat of arms of Polotsk.
And this mistake of mine, made it into the official release.
