Just started a game as Italy in the 1914 scenario. After a few weeks I get the liberal revolution and revolts pop up here and there. Then I had a look at the UK in the 1914 scenario, same thing.

Odd, the deathdate on the liberal revolution event is 1910, should not be firing. Will test and confirm.

The event has a death date on it of 1910, before the 1914 scenario begins. (You can look for yourself in the global_revolutions file in the events folder) Don't know why it's not sleeping it.
I suppose it would be possible to have an event fire for everybody on day one of the 1914 scenario sleeping the relevant event.
