VtM Bloodlines 2 CE pre order

Hi there !

I have a question about the pre order of VtM: Bloodlines 2.
Will they be honoured when/if the game is released ? As far as I know there has been no official cancellation and I did not receive a refund.
=> So if the game is released in the future, will I still receive my pre-purchased collector edition ?
If that's the case I would rather like to keep my pre-order.

But otherwise how do I proceed for the refund ?
This initial merch paradox website does not seem to exist anymore. I still have the paiement confirmation though.
And your helpdesk is not very clear about it :

Since these weren't sold by us you need to Gaya Entertainment and request a refund.

=> How do I contact them ? Is there an email address ?
