i got the get_access_to_horses mission. after i establish a trade route for horses the mission wasn´t completed. the quicktipp for the mission means, i need MORE THAN 1 horses.

for testing i reduced the success-option in mission/monarchy.txt from horses = 1 to horses = 0.99. now the quicktipp shows, i need MORE THAN 0 horses and the mission was completed soon.

You need two horses, or more to satisfy the unmodified mission.

The "0.99" was rounded to zero.

I am not sure I understand where the issue is.

the names of these missions are "grant access to xy" - this missions should be completed, if you get 1 of these tradegoods by conquer or traderoutes. but for unmodded missions you need 2 of these goods.

with my changes the name of the mission and the success are working at the same issue. ;)

edit: these changes are included in the [VV] Hotfixes MiniMod v0.1

The name and text of those missions makes you think that you need 1 trade route. In fact IIRC, one of the missions says exactly that you need to trade with at least one city. They don't warn you that you need 2 routes, and I'm almost sure that the developers intent was to make only 1 route necessary.

This is the text which describes the mission:

"We have no access to horses in our nation, which means that we have no cavalry. Without cavalry we will be too weak to fight our enemies. We need to either trade for it, or make sure we have it by force."

I agree with You - it sounds like You need, at least, one.

The issue has been reported for both horses, and iron.

The mission that requires you to get a tributary state may be affected by the same issue. The tooltip lists the requirement for the mission as "more than 1" tributary - as with the iron and horse missions, the text itself does not indicate this, and I doubt that it is the intent of the design.

it seems, in missions a trigger like "trigger = value" works in a different way as in events. in events such a string is true, if the value is equal or higher. in missions i guess, the values have to be higher or lower (in NOT-strings) excluding the exact value. i hope, that can be changed to the well-known working with next patch.

When I got this mission, it was not considered complete until the trade route actually became active (about 30 days after the trade agreement was accepted)

Unmodded, this has worked for me right out of the box as Pontus.

Well, in my game, I conquered Scodra to get the horses, and it was accomplished when the trade route was implemented (so when I had 2 horses)
