Anonymous commander sieging portrait

There seems to be a bug with the portraits of the anonymous commander conducting a siege in 1.03. Most of the time, it seems to work perfectly well in linking back to the liege lord responsible, but two anonymous commander portraits have linked back to my own dynasty screen, when none of my armies were in the field and I wasn't a part of any wars.

I've yet to replicate the occurence in a different game so far.

IIRC, clicking on a anonymous commander portrait gets you to the last char you had previously selcted. Since the above mentioned char simply does not exist, the program defaults to the last entry in the char buffer.
