freq. of occurence on sabotage event

My ruler is an illusive shadow with high stat's,

due to some reason I get some sabotage event that allows me to destroy or sabotage enemy holding.

If I accept I get some chance to become deceitfull and the enemy looses troops and it also costs a lot of money, if I say no I have the chance to become a coward,

The problem is that the frequency of occurence is very high - I got this event 6 times in one year. In the end it's dangerously to say no because you could get the coward trait which is very negative. Even more the event drove me into bankrupcy (I prefere a closed building instead of an empire falling due to the coward trait - I've many vassals).

So a bug? Perhaps yes - because the frequency for occurence was really high. And also, the first time I damaged the enemy but the other 5 times there was no effect for the enemy (at peace?). So I see no need to pay big money for a skill you have already, you become deceitfull and perhaps the event even fires more and more.

and saying no means getting a high chance on becoming coward, and that's to be avoided also.

I really think the event is too frequent for high stat illusive shadows and there's no incentive to sabotage (the enemy isn't hurt) - the only reason to pay the money is to avoid becoming coward.

Or perhaps just give a low chance to become a coward, but anyhow the current set up can spoil the fun, :)
