I'm playing AoD 1.07 with IC 1.02 final.
It's april 1941 and my GDE as Soviet Union is still 60% is that intended?
I had some event's 2 or 3 "Gearing up for war" I'm not sure but before I rememeber that they should be adding me extra GDE up to 80-90% but it is still at 60% I did everything historical and I'm playing from 1939 on LAN with my bro as USA>
