It seems that the one propose the white peace is winner and the one receive and agree is the loser. If China accept the British white peace proposal, then treaty of Najing will trigger, however if British accept my white peace, then no event will trigger, WAD?

WAD - there are "winning" white peaces where you hold more provinces than the loser (actually its based on war score and prestige gain / losses)

no both white peace are 0 in warscore, no warscore gain on each side, but the one who initiate the white peace deal is treated as winner.
