Description​

I play Rabbbinist Iberian leader. Have the 'Walking the sacred path does' dynasty legacy. Completeing pilgrimages to any of Jewish holy sites does not add me learning

Steps to reproduce​

Play as Rabbinist (I do not know if Iberia region make any difference). Take 'Walking the sacred path does' dynasty legacy perk. Go on pilgrimage. Observer learning not growing properly
