War for independence without faction: Liege gets free war score for nothing

Description​

I was a vassal of Chagatai and decided to proclaim a war for independence without creating a faction. I have occupied a number of counties (+94% war score) and won all battles (+6% warscore).

Liedge didn't occupied anything and lost all battles. But he got 79% for war target control just doing nothing.

Logic tells me that in this case the war target must be my own kingdom. But it wasn't.

When I created an Independence faction and started civil war everything worked correctly. We (faction members) got war score for target control.

Steps to reproduce​

Start as vassal and proclaim independence war aganst your liege without creating an independence faction
