I chose the ecologist for my warden, but every time I quit and reload back into my prison, it changes the ecologist back into the default warden. I've tried multiple different saves, but each one has the same thing happen after saving, leaving, and loading back in.

I played around a bit with editing the save file after seeing the same problem with Hawk Hartman reverting to the default warden. If I changed the chosen warden to the Lobbyist or Saphara Acknova, those wardens are persistent through save/reload. This matches my experience in the game where I went with the lobbyist.
Until this is fixed, I suggest playing only with the first 6 wardens (default through Saphara).
