No. However there are some alternatives.
You can get:
MyMAP with AGCEEP
WATK with AGCEEP
WATKABAOI (WATK with alot of changes to the map and with new scenarios it has also alot from AOI and a little from AGCEEP mkost ideas)

You can find these mods in the Flags, shields and other graphics (like maps!) subforum.
