WATK ID maps for sea provinces - Please help

I have been searching for WATK's ID maps but only for sea provinces and i havent had any sucess. There are a lot of sea provinces around with the same name and that is very problematic.

Does anyone know where they are? Can someone please help me?

I searched WATK's main thread but the links given there have no ID maps for Oceans, except for Vanilla EU2 and i dont want these.

just extract the map into a eu2map file using extract.exe and then use the mview.exe in Magellan by Inferis to view it.

Downloaded Magellan but cant get the extract thing to work after countless attempts. It either says acess denied, or that it cant find EU2's base directory (even when i use /D). Lets supose i got EU2 in C:\EU2. What would you write now?

Just put the extract.exe in your EU2 folder. Then copy a cmd.exe into the EU2 folder. Now run the cmd.exe and type:

mextract watkIDs /D:WaTK /3

That should work.

Great! It's so easy and fast to use Inferis' tools.
You can also search for the id numbers and see which province ID XXXX is.
