Playing as Sweden, conquered Denmark, Norway and I am now King of Finland too!

I have the pope's crusade expectations, but Im worried if I send most of my armies to Jerusalem , It will take them so long to get there and then longer to fight the ennemy.

This will result in bad events and maybe put my country in civil war (wich happened not too long ago when my first King died :p).

So, is there a way to heed the pope's call as a baltic kingdom without utterly dying over it ? :)

the pope will never call a crusade against the baltic pagans. But when he calls a crusade he also doesn't care which infidels you are actually fighting. So you will get good piety bonus from fighting baltic pagans during a crusade against Jerusalem.
