After my last world conquest I saw lots of places I could have gone faster and went back and did it again. This time finishing on July 14, 1942. Im playing normal/aggressive, 1.02 with manpower fix. I didn't wait for MR pact. First the pics, then the description:

So here's how it went:
36
attacked Denmark in the summer
37
attacked Finland in the summer
38
attacked Hungary right after Anschluss, then Checkoslovakia, then Poland, then Norway, then Yugoslavia, then England
39
attacked Netherlands in January, then Belgium, Luxemberg, France in March. Next was Spain in April, and finally SU in June. Greece around Septemberish.
40
Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey at the start of the year, then Vichy, Portugal, and Italy by Julyish. South Africa too. Did a lot of island hopping here to grab key points in Africa and Asia allowing me to annex Netherlands and SU around July/August. Continued into Middle East and Parts jumped from the Portugal's islands to parts of Canada
41
Attacked USA and Mexico, moving down into South America, Pushed through India and those countries all the way to China, annexed USA and Britain, Australia, started attacking China.
42
mopped up South America, Japan, Manchuko and China. Finished in Northern Japan on July 14
My basic idea was to always attack, and I made better use of transports to make my force extremely mobile, rather than march across Africa and I just touched down along the coast and annexed as quickly as possible. I also didn't bother researching any motorized divisions, I dunno why, I suppose it could have helped.
As you can probably see by the naval comparison, I'm not too good with big navies. In the past I've relied mostly on subs but I saw the need for carriers and light cruisers, allbeit a little bit late in the game. Pretty much no air force whatsoever. I built 9 fighters while I was overflowing in IC but never used them. Kept the 2 tacs and 3 ints I started with or got from Austria
If I did it again, I could maybe take off 6 or 7 months by really dominating the sea and moving more troops by transports faster
