Two years ago, many of us bought the season pass for Empire of Sin that included 2 DLCs. Romero Games has gone silent on the game - for almost a year now.

Those of us who ask are being directed to "ask Paradox" without a clear way to do so. Has anyone seen an update (or any communication at all) from Paradox about this content? It's getting a little silly at this point.

They need to offer up some indication that content is still coming - or give us a legitimate way to refund for the second DLC.

You don't really have much leverage in cases like this, do you? I'd probably start by writing an email with proof of purchase to Paradox, requesting a refund.

They're still selling the 'Premium" edition so they have to put something out. Probably an absolute bare minimum effort though.
Too many other parties involved for it not to be released at some point.
They're not going to spend a marketing budget on a project deemed a failure. Probably just turn up someday. Lol.

Im not sure they do have to do anything. There are legal ways to exempt yourself from an obligation (bankruptcy in the US as an example).

Dont need any real marketing - just the statement that Romero Games keeps telling us we need to ask Paradox for.
