I got wealth DLC because it is something I need, a sustainable source of income. I bought it and now I cannot use it. In the game I go to the special plants section and all I see is the Ale tree and the log plant. I know I restarted the game. When I check the store I see it in the owned items section. Please help!

It's there - and works as designed. You need to research a level 4 tech to have it show up under the Special Crops.
