Weird error, cant start the game

Hey,

I have a problem. When I start a game I get all sorts of error messages. Cant find armypallete 1.bmp etc etc etc. I manage to get into the game after hundred clicks of ignore error messages but I get also messages inside likewise "scenario error unexpected field".

What am I to do here??

I think you should start with reinstalling. Have you perhaps done some modding?

I did reinstall it few times. Tried with patch and without one.
If it was modding how do I get the default mod settings??
It all seems to be some path problems. So could be modded. Do you have some config default file or something? Would appreciate it.

Which version of CK do you have (i.e. what logos are on the CD)?

Message is
Critical Error! pallete 'gfx/palette/armysomething.bmp' is missing!
I searched for it and it really is missing. Also all other files it cant find are also not there. It could be that I got some modded version but without files for it. ?

What is the config file that holds these infos? I searched for it and I cant find it. The file that has these infos isnt readable.
