Weird Font for the army numbers

So I had a problem with the eu4 launcher and I accidently deleted the entire paradox interacitve folder. I restored it though, and after putting the resolution back to 1920x1080 I realised that some font was glitchy. Mostly small letters or number like the ones that show the size of an army. Anyone got any sollutions for that?

Which gui scale does the game show in the video settings? I have seen such weird fonts if the scale is not 1.0.

Ye I switched it when I tried to fix the resolution and the gui, I put it back on 1.0 and it was fine again, ty though
