I am playing 1.07b. I am not sure when this problem first appeared. It could have even been since 1.06b which is when I purchased the game.

I am running XP Pro with a Logitech Dual Optical Mouse. I just upgraded today from the 9.75 to 9.76 drivers to see if that might help.

This problem only happens from time to time. I cannot reproduce it at will. I am sure that EU2 is the cause.

When I Windows Key from EU2 to my desktop, sometimes the mouse state gets corrupted. Thus, window applications fail to left double clicks of the mouse; and in some cases menus won't respond to single clicks. I suspect this happens more frequently when I Windows Key out of EU2 without pausing it first. Also, right clicking in a window often causes the receiving window to crash when the problem is happening. Generally, the problem will go away if I go back into EU2 and click a bit and then pause.

It's somewhat weird. It's very incovenient. Since when this happen, the entire system gets kind of messed up.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

See if you can borrow a standard MS mouse from someone and see if that behaves better. If so it's a Logitech problem, probably the driver still.

Very strange. Thanks for letting us know what you eventually tracked the problem down to...I'll keep an eye out for it in future.
