I'm playing as Germany and have gone to the point of developing the nuclear arsenal. Everything was going fine and I nuked US about three times at the major cities (NYC, Phillies and Detroit...or as I called it Destroyit) and everything went down to 0 in them. Now the bug happened after I reloaded the game the first time. Everything in those cities went back up to the way it was!
I tried it again, nuked 4 cities this time, saved, then reloaded and they were back to normal!
Now I'm sure industries in a nuked provinces don't restore just like that and it did for some reason.
Can it be something that is not checked when the game is loaded? Kinda like some events that used to pop up in HOI1 after you reload?
