I cannot remember what year this took place (I think it was 1936, but it may have been 33 or 34).

IIRC it basicly outlined the idea of the commonwealth as we know it today (all autonomus brother states with Queen/King as Head of State).

If it falls in the time frame of the game, maybe we can give the player some lea-wayt on how its done. for example, option A would mean eventual independance to india and an isreali state (i think this is what they historicly decided), or you could go for

B, granting India total independence (firing a sequence of events on sorting out the pakistan/hindustan issue taking the periof 45-47 as a template). Either would of course remain in the commonwealth and be part of the allies. (maybe gie choices to the new states in other events)

C, could be the relase of nearly ALL states in the empire (including africa)

D, maybe total control choise - the brits won't let go, tighten grip on all its empire (maybe even making NZ, Australia, SA, Canada puppets).

Of course, any even would lead to a whole host of other events, and all would general fire gradually over the period 36-48 with slight alterations made 'if at war'.

of course, if the statute was before 36 i just wasted my time
