Can anyone explain these values and what they mean? I have no idea what's too much or too little. I'm using a template for now but it bothers me that I don't know how much differently I would set my buildings if I knew exactly what I was doing. Like what does 250 in tourists mean? What if I put 100 or 500? what are reasonable balances for fire etc. I just made a large factory and want it to act like a factory but with my own creative twist. Any help is appreciated.
