My understanding is Paradox Tinto is a studio based in Barcelona with Johan that is currently developing content for EUIV. Some have speculated this studio is concurrently working on EUV.

Does anyone know more about Paradox Tito? For example, how many staff does it have.

We are just below 30 employees, located in Sitges just outside of Barcelona.

We started the studio in 2020, with our first employees starting in september 2020. A few people moved down from Stockholm with me as Game Director and Studio Manager, Sonia Linares (10+ year industry veteran) as Operations Manager, @Alexivan as Tech Lead and @SaintDaveUK as art lead to form the leadership as we grow, and sharing knowledge of how GSG games are made.

We have many employees with over 5k hours in eu4, but also people who had not played the game before they were hired.

We have people who have been in the community almost since we set it up in 1999, and we have some that have never posted on this forum at all.

We have hired people who have over 20 years of experience, and we have hired people for who this is their first job.

Many of our content designers, and some of our artists are very experienced modders, some having worked on mods you are all aware of.

We have diverse crowd, with people from many countries in Europe and South America, and the total amount of languages spoken fluently by more than 1 person is rather large.

What we all have in common though, is that we like working with Europa Universalis!

Depends on what kind of red they are. If they dress all in red and work in a red building, it is irrelevant, though a bit odd. If, daily, they cover themselves in red body paint and scream "I am red", that is perhaps relevant as it may imply they are crazy. If they are supporters of the Bolsheviks, though...

lol.

Its named after the color of the wine I like
