What happens if I have a pact with a crisis?

If I'm a member of the Galactic Community and I have a defensive pact with an empire that is declared a The Crisis, what happens to me?

Does everyone also declare war on me, or is my defensive pact with the Crisis Empire automatically broken?

If I remember correctly all pacts are instantly broken because the fact that you will declare war will override the defensive pact.
The only pacts that are not broken are vassals. They will join the war with the crisis.

You may be dragged into the war as an ally of the crisis empire if you are not part of the galactic community.
