I'd like to know what stuff is triggered at the 2nd day of each month. And if possible I'd like to know, how can I log triggered event.

Because from time to time I happen to get a strange crash to the desktop, exactly on the 2nd day of the month.
 
I think tech gets researched on second of the month
Well, this part is responsible for triggering events every tech increase (i.e. 2nd day of month):
